Course Overview

The Acting Program is tailored for both new actors eager to kickstart their careers and established performers looking to refine and maintain their current skills. Our comprehensive approach incorporates both in-person classes and online assignments, ensuring flexibility and accessibility for all students.

Monologue Intensive

Monologue Intensive and Introduction to Theater

In this foundational segment, students will engage in an immersive monologue intensive paired with an introduction to theater. Through dynamic exercises, participants will learn the fundamentals of acting technique, character exploration, and personal expression. This part of the course serves as an essential groundwork for students to discover their unique voice and style while receiving constructive feedback and guidance.

Scene Work Intensive

Building on the skills developed in Part One, this segment dives into the collaborative nature of scene work. Students will participate in an intensive focus on acting within scenes, mastering the art of taking direction, and collaborating with peers to enrich performance dynamics. This part of the program emphasizes preparation for live performance, addressing the essential elements of rehearsal, character development, and emotional connectivity. The culmination of this segment is an exciting final showcase, where participants will have the opportunity to present their work in front of an audience, celebrating their growth and achievements.
