Rise Internship

Rise is an innovative theatrical internship program created specifically for recent graduates of REPC’s educational program. This unique initiative is designed to provide neuro and physically diverse individuals with invaluable experience and exposure in mainstream theater, fostering a more inclusive and equitable performing arts landscape.

 

Through the Rise program, participants will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of indie and professional theaters and theater companies. REPC believes in bridging the gap for these talented actors by offering a complete actor profile that includes a polished resume, professional headshots, and personalized learning tactics tailored to enhance their success in the competitive world of theater.

To ensure participants receive comprehensive support throughout their internship experience, each actor will be paired with an REPC Mentor. Acting as a crucial liaison between the theater company and the actor, the mentor is dedicated to providing extra guidance and assistance as needed. This support system not only helps actors navigate the nuances of the industry but also empowers them to maximize their potential and thrive within mainstream theater.
